Who we are

YWR Studio is a web design studio based in Birmingham, UK. We work with established service businesses to improve their websites. You can reach us at info@ywrstudio.com.

What we collect through the enquiry form

When you fill in the contact form on this site, you may provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• Your current website URL
• The type of service you’re interested in
• A message describing your project or website

All fields other than name, email, and service selection are optional.

Why we collect it

We collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether we can help with your project. We don’t use it for any other purpose.

How it’s handled

Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to our studio email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf — your data is transmitted securely and not stored by them beyond what’s needed to deliver it to us.

Once received, enquiry information is held in our email inbox and used only in the context of responding to you.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell, share, or pass your information to any third party for their own purposes.
• We do not add you to any mailing list or send marketing emails unless you have clearly asked us to stay in touch.
• We do not use your information for any automated profiling or decision-making.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t lead to a project, we’ll keep your information for up to 6 months in case there’s any follow-up, then delete it.

If we work together, we keep relevant project records for up to 2 years after your project is completed, in line with normal business practice. After that, they’re deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools that collect personal data. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Request a copy of your data
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@ywrstudio.com and we’ll respond promptly. You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been handled incorrectly.
